Fibrex® Windows From Renewal by Andersen®

At Renewal by Andersen®, we’re proud to offer a huge selection of window styles that are both beautiful and highly functional. All our windows are built with Fibrex®, a superior window frame material, which guarantees that your replacement windows will provide maximum energy efficiency.

What Is Fibrex?

Fibrex is a composite material made of real wood fiber and PVC polymer fused together. This gives the resulting material a strength that surpasses wood, vinyl, and even aluminum. Because Fibrex is so much stronger than other frame materials, we can make narrower window frames without sacrificing durability. This means more glass, and consequently, better views and more daylighting.

A Year-Round Material

Our windows are low-maintenance due to Fibrex. This composite material expands and contracts very little, even when exposed to extreme temperatures. This gives our windows a “natural” elemental resilience that no other product can match. In terms of aesthetics, we can offer darker exterior colors for your window frames without worrying about heat gain, since Fibrex is naturally heat-resistant.

Fibrex also allows you to preserve the architectural beauty of your home. The material itself is highly customizable from a design perspective and be used in any style of window, even specialty windows with curved edges.

Energy-Efficient Window Frames

Fibrex boasts superior thermal insulating properties, which means you take advantage of excellent insulation all year round. When you combine Fibrex with our High-Performance™ Low-E4® glass, you get windows that help your home stay warm during fall and winter and cool during the hot summer months.

If you’ve been looking to save money on your energy bills, we recommend our Fibrex window systems. Renewal by Andersen offers a range of window styles to choose from, from classic casement windows to sliding windows. Give us a call at (717) 591-4900 for more information on our products and services. We offer replacement windows throughout Lancaster, PA.
