With more than 25 years of experience in the home improvement industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping homeowners enhance the comfort, beauty, and value of their homes. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of serving in leadership roles at both the director and vice president levels, where I led large teams, improved customer experiences, and helped ensure every project met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

While I’ve spent years leading organizations, what I’ve always enjoyed most is working directly with homeowners. Helping families improve one of their biggest investments is both rewarding and meaningful, and it’s what drew me to Renewal by Andersen.
