Hi, I’m Joshua Porlier. It’s a pleasure to meet you!

I grew up in a military family, as my father proudly served as a Chief in the United States Navy. Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, I learned the importance of integrity, discipline, and hard work at an early age. Those values have shaped who I am and continue to guide both my personal and professional life.

Graduated from college in 2000 with a degree in Computer Programming, where I developed strong problem-solving and analytical skills that I still use today. I now proudly call Etters, Pennsylvania home, where I’m a proud father and enjoy building a life centered around family, honesty, and helping others.

Since 2010, I’ve been helping homeowners make informed decisions about one of their biggest investments, their home. I believe every consultation should be educational, transparent, and tailored to each family’s unique needs. My approach begins with a thorough evaluation of your home, followed by clear recommendations and straightforward answers, so you can make the best decision with confidence.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in the gym, on the basketball court, or out mountain biking. I’m also the proud owner of three Rottweilers,Ares, Athena, and Brutus, who are a big part of my life and always keep things interesting.
